Welcome to Jenair Mia Advanced Aesthetics. By accessing or using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any service or product, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully, as they outline the guidelines for using our site and receiving our services.

1. General Information
​

Jenair Mia Advanced Aesthetics provides professional esthetic and laser hair removal services performed by licensed practitioners. Information on this website is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new treatment.

2. Appointments & Consultations
​

  • All new clients must complete an initial consultation prior to scheduling a service.

  • Consultations for laser hair removal are complimentary. Facial and body consultations are $50 and may be applied toward a service or product.

  • One reschedule is permitted per consultation. After the second reschedule or cancellation, the consultation fee is forfeited.

​

3. Payments & Packages

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Prepaid laser packages require completion of at least half of the series before a partial refund can be considered.

  • Refunds for unused sessions are available within 30 days of the last completed treatment if pregnancy or a verified medical condition prevents continuation for six months or longer.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All service and product sales are final.

  • Dissatisfaction should be expressed at the time of service so adjustments can be made when possible.

  • Mild reactions may occur and are considered normal post-treatment responses. These do not warrant refunds.

5. Treatment Results

Results vary based on individual skin type, hair type, and consistency of treatments.
Outcomes cannot be guaranteed if treatment schedules, aftercare, or product recommendations are not followed.

6. Health & Safety
​

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
Jenair Mia Advanced Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or contraindicated.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Jenair Mia Advanced Aesthetics.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
