Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
At Jenair Mia Advanced Aesthetics, every treatment and product recommendation is performed with the highest level of care and professionalism. Because aesthetic services are customized and results vary from person to person, we maintain the following refund and reschedule policy.
Service Refunds
All service sales are final. Refunds are not issued once a treatment has been performed.
Clients are encouraged to express any dissatisfaction or concerns during the time of service, so adjustments can be made immediately when possible.
Please note that adverse reactions do not qualify for refunds, as mild reactions may occur and are considered normal post-treatment responses.
Product Refunds
All product sales are final and non-refundable. For safety and hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Consultations and Rescheduling
A consultation is required prior to beginning laser hair removal treatments to assess candidacy, review medical history, and create a customized treatment plan.
Consultations are complimentary for laser hair removal but are valued at 25% of package price and $50 for facial or body treatments. The consultation fee for facial and body treatments is non-refundable.
The consultation fee may be applied toward a treatment or product purchase for facial and body services.
One reschedule is permitted. If a second reschedule or cancellation occurs, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
If a laser hair removal package is purchased on the same day as the consultation, the consultation fee will be waived at the time of purchase.
In the event a client receives a refund for a laser hair removal package:

The previously waived consultation fee will be reinstated

This is reflected by retaining a portion of the refund amount

Specifically, 50% of any remaining unused sessions is non-refundable to account for the consultation fee, administrative costs, and discounted package pricing provided at the time of purchase
Consultation fees cannot be applied to individual (single-session) treatments and are not transferable.
Treatment Results
Results vary based on factors such as skin type, hair type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-care and treatment schedules.
If product recommendations or treatment timelines are not followed as discussed, Jenair Mia Advanced Aesthetics cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Prepaid Packages
Laser hair removal packages require a minimum completion of half the treatment series before any refund can be issued.
For example, in a 10-session package, 5 sessions must be completed before a partial refund for the remaining sessions is considered.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to jenair@jenairmia.com within 30 days of the last completed treatment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days of receiving the written request.
Refund amounts will be calculated as follows:

Only unused sessions are eligible for refund consideration

Unused sessions are calculated based on the discounted package rate, not individual session pricing

50% of the remaining unused sessions will be refunded

The remaining 50% is retained to account for the consultation fee, administrative costs, and discounted package pricing provided at the time of purchase
Full refunds for unused sessions will be granted within 30 days of confirmed pregnancy or a verified medical condition prevents continuation of laser treatments for six months or longer. 90 day processing still applies and written documentation from your medical provider will be requested.
Refunds are not issued for clients on temporary medications such as Accutane, as treatment can be paused and resumed at a later date.
